Your Mission – What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive (AE) for the Culture vertical in the DACH region, you’ll lead our growth efforts by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with museums, theatres, concert halls, and cultural institutions.

You’ll work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Marketing, and the Sales Operations team to drive revenue and help cultural organizations modernize their audience engagement through digital transformation.

This role requires consultative selling skills, a deep appreciation for the arts and culture sector, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles from first contact to contract signature.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure within the cultural sector in DACH
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at museums, theatres, and cultural institutions
  • Present and demonstrate Secutix’s platform and solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with BDRs to qualify and nurture leads
  • Represent Secutix at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain records in Salesforce
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term success

You’re a passionate, consultative salesperson who understands the cultural landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You enjoy engaging with arts and culture professionals, understanding their challenges, and delivering technology solutions that make a difference.

You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology for the cultural or entertainment sector
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German and English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A structured, autonomous, and proactive working style
  • A solid network in the German‑speaking cultural scene, ideally at decision‑making level
  • A genuine interest in arts, culture, and digital transformation
