We're Hiring: Account Executive – DACH Market (On-site, Berlin)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Base Salary: €47,000 – €60,000/year
Bonus Potential: €20,000 – €25,000 (uncapped!)
Work Model: 100% On-site (no remote)
Vacation: 24 days/year

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, well-funded B2B marketplace disrupting the construction materials industry across Europe. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from cold outreach to closing deals – with a focus on the DACH region. You’ll work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success to deliver top-tier client service.

Sales cycle: Days to weeks
Target regions: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, and closing

  • Drive outbound efforts (including ~3 hours/day cold calling)

  • Build and manage strong customer relationships

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client success

  • Consistently exceed targets (with uncapped bonuses for top performers)

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Experience with B2B cold calling and outbound sales

  • Fluent German (C2) and strong English

  • High energy, ambition, and a no-excuses mindset
