Marketing Manager (m / f / x) - Full time (32 - 40h / week)

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven marketing generalist with a love for entrepreneurship and innovation. As Marketing Manager of the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators you will be part of a dynamic team that builds a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students (from TUM and beyond) scientists founders and corporate innovators - a perfect mix of B2B and B2C challenges! You will enable our entrepreneurship education by creating a strongly converting funnel of partners and support in activating participants to pursue their learning and development journeys with us. For this you will:
2 years of practical experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels and platforms (B2B and B2C) and setting up and managing high-performing conversion funnels.
Strong affinity for social media with a good feel for audience-relevant topics.
Creativity an entrepreneurial can-do mindset paired with a structured data-driven working style and a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
A motivated impact-driven team in an agile working environment.
