Food and Beverage Supervisor

Under the general guidance of the Food and Beverage Director the Food and Beverage Supervisor contributes to the success of the casino by monitoring all aspects of the front of house operations. Leading by example the food and beverage supervisor ensures customers receive exemplary service. Additionally this position is responsible for leading and coaching the servers, bartenders and café team in creating a friendly atmosphere for guests in the casino.

This full-time salaried F&B Supervisor role must be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week and weekends between 8am and closing and be available both Saturday and Sunday.

Ideally 5 years in the F&B industry in a customer facing role

Ideally 2 years of supervisory experience

Post-secondary education is considered an asset

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible to :

• Monitor all aspects of Front of House operations
• Plan, assign and direct work to bartenders, servers and Café team
• Maintain company standards for guest service and food presentation
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure all customers are leaving happy
• Recruit, conduct interviews and make hiring decisions

Conduct and oversee the training and development of employees

• Lead by example to inspire other staff members
• Performs other related duties as assigned while ensuring the highest level of customer service
