Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract.
• Immunization record as required.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• 2–3 years of security experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training for site staff.
• Ensure compliance with site-specific procedures.
• Conduct site visits and monitor team performance.
• Investigate incidents and report findings.
• Motivate team members and manage discipline.
