A leading tools manufacturer is seeking a Director of Sales in Ottawa, Canada. This role involves leading a sales team to achieve regional sales and profitability goals, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing sales statistics. Ideal candidates should have a BS/BA degree, over 6 years of relevant experience, and a strong track record in sales management. Overnight travel of 50-60% is expected.
MUST RESIDE IN CANADA
The Director of Sales is the leader of a selling team comprised of Territory/Regional Sales Managers and is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the regional field staff while responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the assigned region.
