Join a team of 300 financing experts who are proud to help our members and clients achieve their dream of buying a home. You'll be supported by the strength of Quebec's leading mortgage lender to develop your business and will receive 100% commission-based pay based on your performance. Specifically, you will be expected to:
- Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with market intermediaries such as real estate agencies, brokers, and residential real estate developers.
- Invest in client prospecting.
- Identify and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies, and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
- Promote the overall offer, including insurance and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a presence in your area's business community.
- Comply with the frameworks, practices, and laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
- Stay informed about industry news, market trends, and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the role
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Note that other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered
- Proficiency in French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English, due to job duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients
- Intermediate knowledge of Spanish or another third language, depending on duties and interactions
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by members and clients
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Availability to work 7 days a week, including evenings
