As a Torrid Sales Associate, your role is to create a genuine connection with each customer, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

What You'll Do:

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive connections and customer loyalty
• Operate register functions, utilizing your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive additional sales
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers

What You'll Need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Fashion-focused with an awareness of current trends

Physical Requirements

(with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Ability to stand and walk during scheduled shifts
• Ability to handle shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or retrieving poles
