Graphic Design Assistant

The Marketing & Design Assistant plays a key role in supporting our creative and marketing initiatives across print, digital, and web. This in-office position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-driven, and eager to grow their design and content skills in a fast-paced environment.
Assistour in-house Design & Marketing team with:
- Creating and formatting brochures, flyers, stickers, business cards, and product catalogues
- Designing and preparing social media posts and promotional materials
- Formatting design assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ensuring visual consistency and clean layout across all materials
- Create fillable PDFs
- Format proposals, Word documents, and templates
- Prepare visually strong PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with updating and editing content on our WIX website
- Place orders for:
- Marketing supplies
- Promotional materials
- Print items (flyers, brochures, labels, etc.)
- Liaise with print shops and suppliers
- Track invoices and receipts
- Pick up local marketing supplies or print orders (personal vehiclerequired)
- Support the Design & Marketing team with day-to-day coordination tasks
- Help organize digital files, project folders, and creative assets
- Assist with trade show preparation and materials
- Perform other duties and creativeprojects asassigned
- Basicproficiencyin WIX
- Proficient in Adobesoftwaressuch as Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.ePower Point,Wordand Excel)
- Strong understanding of visual layout, typography, and branding principles
- High attention to detail andstrong senseof organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced creative environment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license (G or G2) and access to a vehicle
- Diploma or coursework in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
- Office environment with extended periods working on a computer
- Frequent use of design software and creative applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a design-focused team
- Must be able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
