Digital Marketing Specialist

Applying a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, a keen eye for detail, and creative versatility to enhance marketing efforts and elevate PPI’s brand presence, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a key player in managing PPI’s email marketing initiatives, supporting video production, and ensuring our marketing materials are polished and professional.

This is a contract position for an expected duration of 10 months.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Develop engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional materials, and announcements.
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry best practices.

Video Production Support

• Assist in the production of marketing videos, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Contribute creative ideas for video content and storylines.
• Optimize video content for various platforms and channels.

Content Polishing and Production

• Refine and finalize PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively communicate key messages.
• Update and maintain our extensive library of Word/PDF documents, including brochures, white papers, and reports.
• Provide basic design support for marketing materials, including creating simple graphics and layouts.

Digital Content Support

• Assist in the creation of digital content, including social media posts and website copy.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Job Knowledge / Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on email marketing and content production.
• Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with video production, including filming and editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, polished materials.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and current trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position starts at $58,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
