Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON (near the airport)
Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours / week)
Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role covers financial planning, analysis, reporting, and M&A support.

- Lead month-end and year-end close activities (accruals, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit support)
- Build and improve budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards
- Deliver financial models and insights to senior leadership
- Support acquisitions through due diligence, integration, and reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams for ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (CPA / CFA / MBA a plus)
- 5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate accounting
- Strong experience with close processes and financial reporting
- M&A exposure preferred
- Advanced Excel; ERP / BI tools an asset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and business acumen skills
