Amity Exteriors Ltd is hiring for a Full‑time Exterior Siding Applicator in Jasper, Alberta. The starting pay is $25 per hour.

• Able to follow instructions per manufacturer specifications.
• Perform siding tasks as needed, including trimming, flashings, and finishing work.
• Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps in various structures.
• Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Some travel may be involved.

• Previous experience in siding (2 years and up).
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques and practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
• Reliability, commitment to quality workmanship, and strong attention to detail.

• Measurement and layout – accurately reading blueprints, measuring walls, and cutting siding to fit.
• Material knowledge – understanding vinyl, fiber cement, metal, wood, and composite siding systems.
• Installation techniques – applying siding panels, trims, flashing, and insulation according to specs.
• Weatherproofing – properly sealing joints, windows, doors, and penetrations to prevent moisture.
• Tool use – proficiency with saws, levels, nail guns, scaffolding, and hand tools.
• Fastener selection – knowing correct nails/screws and spacing for different substrates.
• Safety compliance – following fall protection, ladder, and equipment safety protocols.
