We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to manage our DevOps technology stack, pipelines, and processes. This role involves architecting CI/CD pipelines, automating build processes, and collaborating with development and QA teams to enhance our deployment workflows. As the first dedicated DevOps Engineer, you will lead strategy and explore new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Automate internal and external build processes to reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to integrate automated testing into pipelines.
- Enhance version control workflows with GitHub.
- Monitor and resolve build issues proactively.
- Define and execute a DevOps roadmap with stakeholders.
- Evaluate new tools to increase automation, security, and efficiency.
- Manage Azure cloud environments for optimized deployments.
- Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provide best practice guidance on DevOps, automation, and cloud deployments.
- Experience with Azure services and DevOps tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, Python.
- Strong understanding of GitHub workflows and version control.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server administration, networking, DNS, and load balancing.
- Ability to troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, C#, SQL Server).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Understanding of DevSecOps and security practices.
