You'll play a crucial role in evaluating client risk profiles and collaborating with banking teams to enhance client experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in financial analysis or credit adjudication, supported by strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ensure credit adjudication, control activities and related processes are conducted within a strong risk culture, focusing on emerging risks and within risk appetite. Provide an objective oversight and effective challenge, enable capital optimization, ensure ongoing monitoring, and partner with business lines to develop effective strategy.
