Electrozad is looking for a driven and energetic Senior Counter Sales Associate to lead our counter sales operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our London - 500 Industrial Road location.

• Lead and motivate the counter sales team to deliver top-tier service.
• Manage daily operations including order entry, quoting, product sourcing, and expediting.
• Maintain a dynamic, customer-focused showroom with engaging displays and promotions.
• Support strategic sales initiatives and collaborate across departments.
• Be a trusted resource for customers, offering expert advice and solutions.

• High School diploma required; post-secondary education in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical industry sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take initiative.
• A passion for customer service and team success.
