Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support infrastructure projects including Windows upgrades, cloud migrations, and system rollouts
  • Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and SCCM environments
  • Collaborate on virtualization, server infrastructure, and network operations across multiple sites
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for support teams and provide mentorship as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues at scale (2,000+ devices, 3,000+ users)
  • Assist in improving endpoint deployment, patching, and device compliance
  • Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives across infrastructure services
  • Work closely with the Security and Network teams to ensure alignment on projects and policies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and SCCM
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
  • Comfortable with basic networking concepts and working with network teams
  • Experience in mid to large-scale environments (multi-site, distributed workforce)
  • Self-starter, comfortable juggling priorities in a hybrid work model
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred)
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection and device management best practices
