A leading athletic footwear company in Ontario seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support sales and operational duties. The ideal candidate will help hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a culture of integrity and teamwork. This role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, proficiency in POS systems, and the ability to work flexibly to meet store demands.

The role of a Retail Assistant Store Manager is to support the sales goals and operational duties of the Store Manager. They also help hire, train, and develop staff while cultivating a culture that reflects the core values of New Balance (integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction). In the absence of the Store Manager, the ASM steps into their shoes and runs the store.
