• Provide superior customer service by addressing inbound calls and resolving questions or concerns related to reservations
• Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits and upselling optional travel add-ons
• Assist direct consumers and Travel Advisors with reservation-related issues, ensuring timely and courteous resolutions
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through both oral and written channels
• Meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to quality assurance guidelines

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while working from home
• Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
• Experience working in a high-volume call center
