Job summary
A fast-growing system integrator is seeking a Senior IVR Architect in California. The role involves architecting customer experience solutions, leading developers, and requires extensive IVR and coding experience. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in J2EE or .NET development, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality results. Salary is dependent on experience and highly competitive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IVR development experience.
- 5+ years of J2EE or .NET development experience.
- 3+ years working with speech standards.
- 5+ years of Eclipse or similar IDE experience.
- 2+ years of MVC based framework experience.
- Expert in OOD, OOP, and Design Patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a small team of developers.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to identify business and technical requirements.
- Architect solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead a team of 2-5 developers.
- Hands-on application development.
- Work closely with Project Manager for on-time delivery.
