HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic remote support team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This is a remote opportunity suited for individuals with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues
Document all customer interactions using internal CRM systems
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating unresolved issues to supervisors
Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures
Ensure customer privacy and data protection in every interaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in using computers and basic software (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic demeanor
Ability to work independently while contributing to a virtual team environment
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude are welcome to apply
Flexible scheduling options: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts available
Weekend and holiday shifts may be required based on business needs
Full-time: 35–40 hours/week | Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
Familiarity with call center tools and telecommunication systems is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
