This role is responsible for leading healthcare transformation efforts to bring Platform capabilities internally to Mayo Clinic – the Shield Enablement Program. The Director, Shield Enablement will report to the Shields Enablement leader at Mayo Clinic Platform and will work collaboratively with key leaders across Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure overall success, growth and operations of the program.
The role is responsible for leading the growth and management to bring Platform capabilities in digital solution development and deployment capabilities and services internally to Mayo Clinic staff. Platform capabilities and services include but are not limited to: access to de-identified data, data analytic applications, data science workspaces, model refinement and validation, digital solution development, integration of digital solutions into health care clinical (ie EHR and non EHR) and administrative systems, and optimization.
