What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Accurately enter, load, and update data into client databases to support successful software implementations
- Provide regular implementation status reports to key stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and overall project status
- Coordinate data loads and mapping with internal technical resources for implementation
- Maintain a detail-oriented view on client project plans while fostering strong team relationships
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and tracking time for revenue capture
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree/diploma in business administration, computer science, or information technology preferred
- Entry-level experience of 1-2 years in a business administration, computer science, or IT role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- General aptitude for software usage, preferably in financial software or enterprise products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
