Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Market Research Term position to assist in gathering and analyzing research findings that drive business decisions and customer experience improvements. This role is remote, based in Vancouver, BC, and offers hands-on experience in market and voice-of-customer research within the automotive finance and insurance industry. Candidates must be in their final year of relevant studies at a recognized Canadian institution.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Qualtrics or similar survey tools is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, programming, and testing of surveys.
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing key insights.
