Position Overview

Our healthcare tech client is looking for a Digital Strategist to join their team for 8+ weeks. This role plays a key role in shaping innovative marketing strategies that engage audiences across various social media platforms. This position focuses on developing impactful content and leading a team to execute effective social media campaigns that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• You'll be responsible for generating fresh ideas, new angles, and formats for growth advertising, based on your industry experience, expertise and ad research.
• You'll serve as the creative leader at the crossroads of performance marketing and creative strategy.
• Lead a team of content creators and marketers to produce high-quality, compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure innovative approaches are integrated into strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative production environment, either managing a creative team or collaborating closely with them.
• Use of tools to support briefing creatives and managing production effectively like Trello and Figma.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and strategy development.
• You have a deep understanding of performance marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in content development and creative thinking.
