A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior Security Analyst in Toronto to respond to security incidents, analyze complex events, and implement security strategies. This hybrid position offers 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates should have a degree in Cybersecurity, 5 years of experience, and expertise in IT security technologies like SIEM and firewalls. SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is looking for a Senior Security Analyst with a strong technological and security background across the stack. Your focus topic will be Security Incident Response. You will respond to incidents escalated from various sources and will analyzing complex security events targeting customer and company applications, data and systems following both documented procedures as well as industry best practices and creative resolutions. Ideal candidates should be a creative problem solver and quick learner able to adapt quickly to the evolving cybersecurity attack landscape.
Further, you will be owning and driving important security topics across all domains for our customers and work with various teams involved in implementation, delivery and operation of cloud services. Furthermore, you will participate in ongoing projects, initiatives, and Security and Compliance Office daily operations.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102,400 - 214,300 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
