The Administrative Assistant supports the Sales, Service, Accounting, and Parts departments in the daily operations at the assigned Dealer location. The position is responsible for logistics, clerical paperwork, and reception. Supports Branch Manager with Customer events as well as Branding for CWHC.

1. All reception duties – phones, mail, greeting customers, POS, business cards, key log book, and petty cash.
2. Orders office and customer lounge supplies ensuring cost efficiency and ample stock.
3. Coordinates logistics for service and sales equipment.
4. Records incoming and outgoing reports in ASPEN.
5. Completes whole goods inventory, location, and reconciliations.
6. Manages bank deposits.
7. Organizes clinics, factory tours, and grand openings. Books hotel rooms and negotiates pricing of contracts.
8. Manages all CLAAS and CWHC branding and showroom displays, and fixtures. Prepares agendas and takes minutes at managers meetings.

1. Job related experience in Ag Industry preferred, not required.
2. Proven ability to keep confidential data, maintain professionalism, and perform under pressure.
3. Must be able to display high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
4. Previous A/P and A/R experience highly desired with knowledge of general business practices.
5. Ability & willingness to learn new software programs.
6. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and orally up and down the organization.
7. Good organization and time management skills with a willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Proficient computer use including Microsoft Office suite.
