About the Role

We're hiring a VP Growth Marketing to lead and scale our marketing team. This is a senior leadership position that will oversee product marketing, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and a technical growth team.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the producing marketing team, growth engineering team, content marketing team, lifecycle marketing team, product management team, sales team, and COO.

As VP Growth Marketing, you'll set the strategic direction for a high-performing team, help us scale a successful marketing engine, and ensure our messaging, reach, and growth strategies evolve with the business.

You'll lead a team of 4 marketing directors, each of whom lead an in-person team of 1-8 professionals, from devs to designers. You’ll be responsible for vetting ongoing hires on each of the 4 marketing teams as the company continues to scale.

This role is ideal for someone with deep marketing experience and a sharp growth mindset, ready to lead across disciplines in a fast-moving software environment.

What success looks like

You’ve built a marketing organization that runs with focus and discipline. Each team — product, lifecycle, content, and growth — operates from shared data, aligned goals, and a clear understanding of impact.

Acquisition, activation, and retention are improving quarter over quarter. Campaigns are tracked, experiments are designed to learn fast, and decisions are grounded in data and ROI.

The marketing system is organized, efficient, and adaptable — able to respond quickly to what’s working and pivot when it’s not.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the overall marketing strategy across product, content, digital, and growth
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment across all marketing functions
  • Develop and execute plans to grow qualified pipeline and increase marketing ROI
  • Help set clear goals and KPIs across marketing efforts, and build repeatable, scalable processes
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and lead quality
  • Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all channels
  • Monitor performance data to guide decision-making and course-correct when needed
  • Guide the development of marketing talent and scale the team thoughtfully
  • Stay hands-on enough to understand the work, support execution where needed, and lead by example
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in B2B or SaaS
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams
