Job Summary: Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, HFM, ARCS). Experience of 8+ years, monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests within SLAs. Collaborate with business users to understand issues, gather enhancement requirements, and deliver solutions. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Support month-end and year-end activities, including data loads, reconciliations, and reporting. Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management. Document procedures and participate in testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, HFM, ARCS)
• Understanding of financial processes
• Experience with Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
• Experience in support environment
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud or REST APIs

• Location: Toronto, ON
• Work location: On site
• Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
• Terms: Full-time
• Start: As soon as possible
