Duties

• Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support program management activities including tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Project estimation, including cost analysis, resource allocation, and timeline forecasting to ensure accurate and efficient project planning.
• Supervise project team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize tools such as Comsense and Quickbooks would be an asset.
• Participate in regular project meetings to provide updates on progress and address any challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in product management or development is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Familiarity with program management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in vendor management is desirable.
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques to capture stakeholder needs effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
