Job description

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our Toronto or Montreal team. Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, this role will focus on analyzing field data collected through our mobile application, transforming it into actionable insights, and building dashboards that support client growth strategies and internal decision-making.

Please note, this is a part-time opportunity, consisting of approximately 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales and field data from CRM platforms.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, macros) to manage large datasets, automate reporting, and develop clear visualizations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators, trends, and results for both internal teams and clients.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful business insights that inform strategy, sales planning, and client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Field Managers and account teams to provide timely and accurate reporting that supports client objectives.
  • Identify patterns and opportunities in the data to help drive sales effectiveness and market growth.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables with accurate data and actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a data analysis, sales analysis, or business intelligence role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports (Excel required, Power BI or Tableau an asset).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or field data collection tools (experience with Repsly considered a strong asset).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
