Are you an Accounts Payable professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process excellence? We are looking for you!

Our dynamic Finance team has an opening for a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator. In this role youll be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices with precision, ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting critical financial operations across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• You are detail oriented; you process employee expenses and you handle a high volume of assigned invoices accurately.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the AP mailbox for the AP team on a daily basis.
• Experienced in reconciliation of vendor accounts; monthly supplier statement reporting; you will assist in month-end closing of ledgers; control of accounts and reporting; preparation of payment proposals; payment data entry; EFT runs; distribution of electronic remittances; online bill payments; cheque runs; and reconciliation of purchasing card (AMEX Pcard).
• Other duties as required / assigned.

Competencies

• Between 1 to 3 years experience in full cycle accounts payable.
• Accounting Diploma from a registered Canadian College.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); French is an asset.
• Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (power pivot advanced formulas) and ERP accounting systems.
• Ability to manage high volume periods, especially at month-end.
