We're seeking a passionate Workplace Coordinator to help us elevate the day-to-day experience of our growing team in our Toronto hub. This is a full‑time role with the expectation of working 5 days a week from our Toronto hub.

What you’ll do:
Office Operations
  • Welcome employees, guests, and vendors with a friendly and professional presence

  • Receive, ship, log, and distribute/scan mail and packages

  • Perform light porter duties such as lifting, unpacking, organizing office deliveries, setting and cleaning up catering, and assisting with office maintenance as needed

  • Proactively walk the space and make sure it is neat and functioning properly

  • Perform daily walkthroughs throughout the day to ensure the office, pantry & bathrooms are clean, organized, and well stocked

  • Restock snacks and beverages, and tidy communal spaces

  • Complete end‑of‑day closing tasks, such as resetting spaces and securing deliveries

  • Keep track of/order office and pantry inventory

  • Maintain organized office supply, storage and pantry areas

Event & Hospitality Support
  • Partner with the Workplace Experience Team on employee celebrations and cultural activations

  • Assist with event, onsite, and meeting setup and breakdown; including catering, decorations, and furniture arrangements

Administrative & Expense Support
  • Upload and categorize receipts, assist with vendor invoices, and support expense tracking

  • Help maintain documentation and records for office purchases and events

What we look for:
  • Prior Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office operations, hospitality, customer service, or similar role

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

  • Detail‑Oriented: You know that the little things matter‑whether it’s ensuring the conference rooms are prepped or creating a memorable employee experience.

  • Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with modern office tools and software

  • Problem‑Solver: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot, and pivot quickly to solve issues as they arise.

  • Positive Attitude: Friendly, dependable, and proactive; you notice what needs to be done before being asked.
