Work you will do

You will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of large enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations.

Sr Consultant

Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required.

Required:

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years experience leading workstreams or small teams
• 1+ full life cycle Workday ERP implementation
• Hands-on functional experience
• Proficiency in multiple business processes:
• Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
• Procurement
• Inventory
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Purchase Order Conversions
• Logistics
• Supply Chain Management
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

• Workday Procure to Pay certification, Strategic Sourcing, or capability to obtain upon joining Deloitte
• Other leading Cloud based SaaS SCM application implementation experience (i.e: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson)
• Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
