Job description

Your Impact : As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on making a positive impact on people's day. We provide training to help you become an expert in delivering excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities include handling billing inquiries, identifying customer needs, addressing concerns, processing payments, and exercising emotional intelligence to enhance customer satisfaction.

  1. Communicate with customers via inbound calls regarding billing, payments, services, offers, and service changes.
  2. Identify customer needs through active listening, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
  3. Take ownership of customer issues, providing solutions and support.
  4. Use multiple systems to research products, services, and solutions.
  5. Document interactions and outcomes accurately, creating additional requests if needed.
  6. Create a 'WOW' factor with exceptional communication, ownership, and speed.
  7. Participate in regular coaching sessions to meet performance goals.

What we are looking for :

The ideal Customer Care Representative is a product expert and problem solver with a consultative approach. If you're compassionate, energetic, bold, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you. Please note: This position is remote and does not qualify for the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program or Provincial Nominee Program.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Availability between 7 AM and 12 AM EST, with flexibility
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience and openness to coaching
  • Experience troubleshooting and owning resolutions
  • Caring, supportive, friendly, confident, and urgent in interactions
  • Computer savvy with multiple monitors
  • Results-oriented with the ability to recommend solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills, oral and written
  • Suitable home workspace with wired internet
