Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Sorter to join their team. As a Warehouse Sorter, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, aligning successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Sorter

Location: Thunder Bay, ON

Pay Range: $18per hour

What's the Job?

• Unloading and sorting freight
• Preloading up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off the conveyor belt
• Scanning, cubing, and reweighing packages
• Building positive relationships with team members (couriers, lead hands, and sorters)
• Adhering to all safety standards and maintaining regular attendance

What's Needed?

• No experience necessary
• Proper scan and load techniques
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Attention to process, quality, and operational standards
