Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a 12-month contract in Edmonton, AB. This role is critical in supporting inventory and asset management, distribution operations, and general warehouse maintenance. It is ideal for someone with previous customer service or warehouse experience who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Location : Edmonton, AB

Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :

Manage inventory and asset tracking, including medical and customer-owned equipment.

Clean, maintain, and organize medical equipment and warehouse areas.

Support shipping and receiving activities.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, and internal / external communication via phone and email.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment (sweeping, mopping, restocking toiletries).

Break down boxes for recycling and ensure proper disposal practices.

Ensure compliance with company safety and inventory protocols.

Participate in bi-annual physical inventory counts. Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of customer service or warehouse experience.

A valid driver's license (clean record preferred).

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Comfort using smartphones and warehouse systems (JDE experience is a bonus).

A safety-conscious, reliable, and self-motivated attitude.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
