A leading biopharmaceutical company in Montreal is seeking a Regional Vice President – General Manager to lead its operations in Canada. The Regional Vice President – General Manager, Canada will lead this evolution. This executive will hold full P&L responsibility for the Canadian affiliate and act as the architect of Incyte’s long-term success in Canada, shaping strategy, building trust with government and healthcare institutions, and positioning the company as a respected and innovative partner within the Canadian biopharmaceutical ecosystem.
This role calls for an entrepreneurial, visionary leader – someone who combines strategic foresight with operational excellence, inspires teams, and exemplifies Incyte’s values of integrity, scientific rigor, and commitment to patients. As Canada will be an important core markets in the International region, the GM will also be a member of the International Leadership Team where he/she can influence the strategic direction of the region.
