Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Videographer to join our in-house Creative team. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of video production, from planning and setup to shooting, editing, and final delivery. You’ll help bring Casper’s brand story to life through high‑quality, engaging video content across digital advertising, social media, retail, and our website.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven. Someone who understands how to light and shoot compelling footage while maintaining a strong sense of brand tone and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to translate briefs and creative direction into polished, on‑brand videos that support a range of production projects from UGC content to full‑scale campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead video production end‑to‑end and be able to manage pre‑production planning, lighting and camera setup, shooting, and post‑production editing for all in‑house video needs.
  • Maintain and manage all video equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound, and accessories, ensuring gear is organized, properly cared for, and production‑ready at all times.
  • Translate creative briefs into visual setups, working closely with the Creative team to determine lighting direction, shot composition, and mood that aligns with Casper’s brand aesthetic.
  • Edit and deliver final assets, including cuts, colour grade, sound mix, and exporting videos optimized for multiple platforms (social, digital ads, website, and in‑store screens).
  • Ensure consistency in video style and tone across all brand content, maintaining a unified visual identity that complements Casper’s design language.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, social, and eCommerce in the plan, shoot, and deliver assets that meet campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Capture content, both UGC‑style and high‑quality campaign work, adapting your approach to different needs while maintaining a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging video formats to keep Casper’s content fresh and competitive.
  • Organize and archive video assets to ensure easy retrieval and long‑term brand consistency.

Support campaign storytelling through thoughtful use of pacing, framing, and editing choices that align with creative strategy.
