Overview

Vice President of Construction

Senior construction leader sought by a reputable, forward-thinking established Real Estate Developer based in the GTA to lead mid and high-rise residential developments. The company encourages autonomy, strategic thinking, and an open, candid work culture. Based in Toronto.

The Role

Reporting to the Group CEO, the Vice President of Construction will be responsible for the successful preconstruction planning, execution, close-out, and handover of all projects on behalf of the owners.
