Overview

Saint-Gobain Canada seeks a dynamic and experienced Vice-President of Marketing and Product Management to lead marketing and product management efforts for our various brands, for both residential and commercial applications, interior and exterior buildings. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's future and enhancing its presence in the Canadian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, creating customer-centric solutions, managing product portfolios, and driving digital transformation initiatives. In addition, the VP, Marketing and Product Management will oversee a team responsible for advancing sustainable building materials through stakeholder engagement, policy influence, regulatory monitoring, and industry education—ensuring the organization plays an active leadership role in shaping the future of the building materials industry.

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns : Develop and execute marketing campaigns highlighting the combined strengths of interior and exterior products for residential and commercial applications.

Team Structure

The Vice-President, Marketing and Product Management will lead a dynamic group comprised of Marketing teams, System Solutions and Product Management. This role will also collaborate with various departments, including operations, R&D, logistics, sales, finance, and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred.
  • Requires 15+ years of progressive product management, marketing, supply chain, and new product development experience with previous P&L responsibility.
  • Proven experience in marketing and product management, preferably in the building products industry.
