Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor onboarding, including documentation and setting up profiles.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Help maintain vendor contracts and related documentation.
• Participate in vendor performance reviews and contribute to reports.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and disputes.
