Job summary

A reputable information services firm in Ottawa is looking for a full-time technical support specialist. This permanent role requires 1-2 years of experience providing support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include reporting on system performance, assisting users with difficulties, and providing effective training and customer service. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or residents or have a valid Canadian work permit. This position begins as soon as possible and requires work on-site only.

Qualifications
