Position: Senior IT Agency Recruiters (Remote, BRAZIL)

Working hours: Eastern Times (12 pm to 9 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Position Type: Permanent x 2 (Base Salary + Bonus + Paid Vacation)

POSITIONS

We are looking for quality-driven and assertive senior and intermediate technology recruiters with great English communication skills to work with a supportive team where personal and professional growth matters, and associated rewards and competitive compensation are accelerated only by your own desire and commitment. You will be primarily responsible for finding, deeply technically and functionally evaluating, and presenting candidates, and coordinating with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, engage, and explore candidates’ real motivation and interest, validate their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
  • In-depth technical and functional evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Engineering, automotive, and Finance sectors.
  • Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
  • Prepare reporting on activities and results.
QUALIFICATION
  • Min 4+ years of recruitment experience with a strong network, preferably in the Microsoft (service providers or users), Cloud Computing, Data, AI, Financial Services, FinTech, and Auto manufacturing organizations.
  • Min 2 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates.
  • Min 2 years of experience as an agency recruiter working directly with the hiring clients (NOT through RPO).
  • Min 2 years of sales or sales support experience
  • MUST HAVE minimum 2+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
  • Must have in-depth technical evaluation experience and be able to fully assess the candidate’s skills.
  • VERY STRONG networking, relationship-building, and very active recruitment-related social media engagement activities, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
