We are seeking an experienced Unit Controller for the Hamilton Stadium (originally Tim Hortons Field).
$85,000 - $90,000
Hamilton Stadium is a multi‑use event and venue location in Ontario that hosts a variety of large‑scale events, community gatherings, and seasonal programs throughout the year. The site supports food and beverage service through concessions, catering, and special event offerings, operating in a high‑volume environment that requires efficient coordination and adaptability. Activities at Hamilton Field vary in size and complexity depending on the event schedule, with an overall focus on guest experience, safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with all health and regulatory standards.
The Unit Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of Hamilton Stadium. This role ensures financial accuracy, cost controls, compliance with policies, and supports strategic decision‑making through financial analysis. The Unit Controller partners closely with operations and management teams to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. With guidance from the Corporate Office and under direction of the Regional Controller, the Unit Controller will work in close partnership with the General Manager and will play a key leadership role in running an efficient, effective, and profitable food and beverage operation.
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
