Intellitix is Canada’s next generation event management platform offering event organizers a mobile-first, all-in-one solution for event ticketing, access control, event POS, and guest engagement. Intellitix is the backbone platform for some of the world’s largest festivals and events including San Diego Comic-Con, Boots and Hearts, Sommo Festival, NASCAR Canada, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of our platforms’ UI/UX design across web and mobile.
• Drive the full UX lifecycle: user flows, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity designs, and design reviews.
• Simplify complex concepts and flows into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, and Engineering to translate requirements into elegant interfaces.
• Champion usability and accessibility best practices in every design decision.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web and mobile applications (POS, SaaS, fintech, or event tech a plus).
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Jira.
• Ability to break down complex, multi-step flows into streamlined user journeys.
• Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Soft skills: excellent communication, empathy for end users, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to consistency across platforms.
