Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in treaty administration, reinsurance operations, or data analysis roles.
• Understanding of treaty structures, retention limits, and insurance products.
• Proficient with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables; Power Query/Power Pivot a plus).
• Familiarity with reinsurance administration systems and data warehouse environments is an asset.
• Experience in Master Data management to ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems.

Responsibilities

• Transform treaty language into internal systems for compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate and oversee integration between treaty systems and other platforms.
• Collaborate with pricing, actuarial, underwriting, claims, finance, and IT teams.
• Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation.
