We’re looking for an exceptional communicator and people-person to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator (TC). What You’ll Do

• Welcome new and returning patients, guiding them through their first steps with us
• Clearly explain treatment options, next steps, and financial details in a friendly, reassuring way
• Support patients with insurance, payments, and scheduling needs
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families while ensuring an exceptional experience
• Collaborate with doctors and the front desk team to keep everything running smoothly

Hours

Monday to Thursday, 7:50am – 5:00pm. These consistent hours mean you’ll have evenings and weekends free—giving you the perfect balance to grow your career and enjoy life outside of work.
