The Training Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring training activities to ensure compliance with APSYS requirements across all métiers. This role ensures timely delivery of mandatory training, tracks progress, and provides visibility through dashboards and KPIs. Additionally, the Training Project Manager contributes to the establishment of a training center to grow local competences, ensuring sustainable skill development, alignment with project needs, and values.
Report to the Alstom E&M Deputy Project Director
The role will support the Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems and transversal support functions.
University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent commercial background.
