Qualifications

  • Ability to coordinate events, manage calendars, and handle logistics.
  • Accurate preparation of training materials, certificates, and documentation.
  • Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
  • Professional email etiquette and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using platforms like LearningPoint, SAP, Salesforce.
  • Ability to troubleshoot queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with training events and certification processes.
  • Managing VR headsets and training aids.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Supporting new starters and competence mapping.
  • Reviewing dashboards and feedback portals.

Responsibilities

  • Organize catering and prepare training rooms.
  • Print/bind materials and manage shared calendar.
  • Notify team of events and manage training packs.
  • Send recognition emails and distribute certification packs.
  • Update tracking spreadsheets and communicate progress.
  • Register training in LearningPoint and update matrixes.
  • Support onboarding, visa letters, and travel documentation.
  • Upload Job Passports and troubleshoot technician queries.
  • Save materials to USBs and support trainers.
  • Coordinate trainer mobilization and liaise with SAMs/customers.
  • Assist with SAP quotes, jobs, invoices, and WIP reviews.
  • Review feedback portal and support Aggregates Training.
