Responsibilities

• Perform tire changes and rotations
• Conduct oil changes and basic fluid checks
• Carry out tire balancing and inflation
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Assist mechanics with lifting, moving, or setting up equipment
• Dispose of used parts and fluids according to shop procedures
• Perform shop clean-up and other general duties as needed
• Load and unload tools, parts, or tires
• Provide excellent service when interacting with customers

Skills

Nous recherchons un ouvrier général fiable et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe dans un atelier de mécanique automobile dynamique. Ce poste comprend l'exécution de tâches générales visant à assister les mécaniciens certifiés et à assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’atelier. Le candidat idéal doit être à l’aise dans un environnement de travail rapide, faire preuve de rigueur et avoir le désir d’apprendre.

Responsabilités principales :

• Effectuer le changement et la rotation des pneus
• Réaliser des vidanges d’huile et vérifications de base des fluides
• Effectuer l’équilibrage et le gonflage des pneus
• Aider aux entretien de base et au nettoyage des véhicules
• Maintenir un espace de travail propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé
• Assister les mécaniciens pour soulever, déplacer ou installer de l’équipement
• Évacuer les pièces usagées et fluides conformément aux procédures de l’atelier
• Participer au nettoyage général de l’atelier et autres tâches selon les besoins
• Charger et décharger les outils, pièces ou pneus
• Offrir un bon service à la clientèle lors des interactions avec les clients

Exigences :

• Expérience préalable en atelier mécanique ou dans un environnement similaire (atout, mais non obligatoire)
• Compréhension de base des composants automobiles et des outils
• Capacité à soulever des objets lourds (pneus, équipements, etc.) et à exécuter des tâches physiques
• Souci du détail et respect des consignes de sécurité
• Ponctuel, fiable et capable de suivre des instructions
• Disponibilité à travailler les fins de semaine
• Permis de conduire valide souhaité (mais non obligatoire)
